Do it yourself

Most fixes take under a minute.

No tickets, no waiting. Here’s exactly how to handle the most common requests on your own.

Cancel or change your subscription

Plan changes, card updates, invoices, and cancellation all live in Stripe's secure portal - reached right from Slack.

  1. Open Due it in Slack

Find Due it under Apps in your Slack sidebar and open its Home tab.

  2. Choose Manage billing

It opens Stripe's secure customer portal. No separate account or password needed.

  3. Make your change

Cancel, switch between monthly and annual, update your card, or download past invoices.

Who can do this: the workspace installer, a Slack admin or owner, or the recorded billing owner. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or billing period - full details in the cancellation policy.

Fix a broken install

OAuth hiccups and stuck installs are almost always solved by a clean reinstall.

  1. Remove Due it from Slack

A Slack admin can remove it under Workspace settings → Manage apps.

  2. Add it back

Head to the pricing page and click Add to Slack, then approve the same seven narrow permissions.

  3. Still stuck?

Email us with your Slack workspace name and we’ll dig in.

Export or delete your workspace data

One email and your data is exported or gone - no hoops, no retention tricks.

  1. Email us from your workspace

Send a note to support@demosix.com and include your Slack workspace name.

  2. Tell us export or delete

A workspace admin can request either. We verify the request before touching anything.

  3. We confirm when it's done

Exports arrive by email; deletions are confirmed once they're complete.

Quick answers

The questions we hear most, answered without the runaround.

How fast will you actually reply?
Within 2 business days, and usually much sooner. Every reply comes from a human who can actually fix your issue - not an autoresponder.
How do I cancel?
Open Due it in Slack, choose Manage billing, and cancel in Stripe’s portal - the full walkthrough is just above. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current trial or billing period, so you keep everything you paid for. Details in the cancellation policy.
Will I be charged during the free trial?
No. The 14-day trial is $0. Stripe only charges your saved card when the trial ends - cancel before then and you'll never pay a cent.
Do you offer refunds?
Paid periods are generally non-refundable, but if we ever charge you incorrectly - wrong amount, duplicate charge, wrong workspace - email us and we’ll make it right. Details in the refund policy.
Who can manage our billing?
The person who installed Due it, any Slack admin or owner, or the recorded billing owner. Anyone else in the workspace should ask one of those people.
What happens if we uninstall Due it?
Slack access is revoked immediately and the subscription is scheduled not to renew. Your data waits 90 days in case you come back, then it’s permanently deleted. The full timeline is on the security page.
What should I include in my email?
Your Slack workspace name and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help too - just make sure they don't contain sensitive task content.
