Due it Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

How To Cancel

Open Due it in Slack and choose Manage billing to open Stripe's secure customer portal. The workspace installer, a Slack admin or owner, or the recorded billing owner may manage the subscription. Other members must ask one of those authorized people.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current trial or paid billing period. Stripe will not renew or charge the next period after that date. Cancel during the 14-day trial to avoid the first charge. Canceling a paid monthly or annual subscription does not normally shorten the period already purchased.

Uninstalling From Slack

Uninstalling Due it immediately revokes Slack access and automatically asks Stripe to cancel the canonical subscription at period end. Due it retries that cancellation if Stripe is temporarily unavailable. To verify cancellation or handle an unusual account state, contact support.

Failed Payments

Stripe may retry a failed payment and request additional authentication during its configured recovery window. Due it locks paid features when Stripe reports a terminal unpaid or canceled state. Canceling does not erase amounts that were validly charged or already due.

Help

If you cannot access the billing portal, email support@demosix.com with your Slack workspace name. Do not send card numbers or payment credentials.
