Agreement And Authority
Due it is provided by Sunny Systems LLC. By installing, purchasing, or using Due it, you agree to these terms for yourself and, if applicable, the Slack workspace or organization you represent. You confirm that you are authorized to install apps, provide a payment method, and accept recurring charges for that workspace.
Service
Due it provides Slack-native tasks, reminders, direct messages, scheduled notifications, search, and related workspace features. Slack, Stripe, and other third-party services remain governed by their own terms and may affect availability.
Trial, Payment, And Renewal
New eligible workspaces receive a 14-day free trial after completing Stripe Checkout and saving a payment method. $0 is due at Checkout. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected $9 monthly or $90 annual workspace plan starts automatically and Stripe charges the saved payment method, plus applicable tax. Subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until canceled. Prices and renewal terms shown at Checkout control if they differ from older marketing copy.
Cancellation And Refunds
Authorized workspace billing managers may cancel through the Stripe-hosted billing portal in Due it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. See the cancellation policy and refund policy.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Due it to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse Slack or Stripe, probe other workspaces, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for task content and files your members choose to submit.
Availability And Changes
We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing or terms changes when required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimers And Liability
Due it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. It is an organizational aid, not a guarantee that a task will be completed or a reminder delivered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunny Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
