What Due it Collects
Due it stores Slack workspace identifiers, installation metadata, member profile fields needed to operate the app, task and reminder content created in Due it, completion status, notes, file metadata, Slack message identifiers, billing metadata, and operational logs.
How Due it Uses Data
We use this data to create and deliver Slack-native tasks, reminders, direct message cards, scheduled pings, support, billing, abuse prevention, and product reliability monitoring.
Slack Tokens
Workspace bot tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to call Slack APIs for the workspace that installed Due it. Tokens are not exposed to end users, logged, sold, or used across workspaces.
Files
If users attach files to Due it tasks, Due it temporarily transfers the selected bytes only to create a bot-owned copy inside the same Slack workspace. Due it does not retain file bytes on its servers. Its database stores the Slack file identifier, name, size, content type, and link needed to show and later delete the attachment.
Billing
Stripe hosts Checkout and the customer billing portal. Due it does not receive or store complete payment card numbers. We store Stripe customer, Checkout, subscription, pricing interval, status, and billing-timing identifiers needed to provide access, prevent duplicate subscriptions, support customers, and reconcile webhook events.
Retention And Deletion
Workspace data is retained while a workspace uses Due it. If Due it is uninstalled, Slack access is revoked immediately and the subscription is scheduled not to renew. Product data is kept for a 90-day recovery period. If a paid period extends beyond that window, the minimum billing identifiers needed to reconcile cancellation are retained until Stripe confirms the subscription is terminal; product data is then deleted. Stripe may retain invoices, payments, and legally required billing records under its own retention obligations. Workspace admins may request export or earlier deletion of eligible Due it data by contacting support@demosix.com.
Subprocessors
Due it uses Slack for app identity, messages, and file hosting; Vercel for application hosting and compute; PlanetScale for database hosting; and Stripe for Checkout, subscriptions, invoices, tax calculation, payment methods, and billing emails.
