Free Trial
The 14-day trial is $0. A payment method is required, but Stripe does not charge the selected plan until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial end shown in Checkout or the billing portal to avoid the first charge.
Paid Plans
Monthly and annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, and unused time in a canceled billing period is not normally prorated or refunded. This does not limit refunds or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
Billing Errors
If you believe Due it charged the wrong workspace, amount, interval, or renewal, contact support@demosix.com promptly with the Slack workspace name, charge date, and Stripe invoice or receipt identifier. Do not send full card details. We will investigate confirmed duplicate charges and billing errors and issue any refund that is legally required or otherwise approved.
How Refunds Are Returned
Approved refunds are sent through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies and is outside our control.
